It was fun. The place was awesome!. It’s not really what I expected about this place but when we arrived I was like “WOW” I want to live here. Going here is so unforgettable. i’ll be back here soon.

At the end of my day, my tummy hurts badly. I eat random of food not knowing that it was too much. Around 3:00 am my tummy starts to feel bad, I can’t even talk nor move. I was rushed in the hospital about 5:00 am. I vomit badly.  I feel so sick, saying  “Lord, take my hand” It’s like I’m losing, I swear I feel that. But anyway, It’s a good thing that I feel much better afterwards. The bad thing is that ‘I have an amoebiasis. Well, I just have to work on with my food.

I really feel so relieved especially knowing that people cares about me, I mean people do care but I really feel so great and thankful for the people near me. I thank you a lot for showing me that you were worried about my condition. I should say that ‘don’t you worry’ but then I feel so good even for just a few words you had asked me or do for me it WAS HEAVENLY THOUGHT of relieved.

Anyway, thanks mom… and to monkey and my friends. I hope you’ll still stick with me ’till the very end of our day. hehe.. please people DON’T CHANGE I can’t find any other person same as you XD

I made a new dish! I’m so proud of it!! it’s a hot cake that I folded and it’s inner was a tuna. I frankly tell that it was delicious. I swear, I’m not bragging okay. It’s just so pleasing that there would be a dish that I made that I really taste it with delight. Most of my Dish made are not satisfied with my taste but to others they agree with it.

just want to share this. That’s all… sorry for this ‘ I DON’T KNOW’ post.

BREAKFAST”

For me breakfast is the one who increases energy, lifts my mood, aids in weight loss, and helps fight stress and disease. Every morning it is my first taste of food after a long night of rest for both body and mind.

Sometimes I am one of the people who have, intentionally or not, ceased to be “breakfast people,” grabbing a cup of drink before my morning commute and do not settle food for breakfast. I am lazy sometimes to cook for my own breakfast. Actually, we have no ‘maiden’ to ask for food in the morning. Mom is lazy to wake up and most of the time I AM LATE. I wake up in the right time but I’m somewhat like a turtle. Sometimes I take shower like more than 15 minutes and throw clothes about 20 minutes. We don’t used our car so I get my ride standing helplessly waiting for a ‘jeepney‘ to stop by. What I hate about ‘jeepneys‘ near our place is that it won’t stop until your not only ONE but more than thrice. Well, enough of my ride.

Yet, health studies repeatedly shown that breakfast is not just the most important meal of the day, but it also determines how the rest of that day will go. It’s taking the time to sit at my breakfast table means taking stock and preparing for what my day lies ahead. Even my solo breakfast gives me precious quiet time to think, clear in mind, and renew the heart, especially after well-loved rituals or a good workout. it breaks my previous night’s fast and jump starts my body with nutrients needed to fuel it until lunchtime. like before when I skip my breakfast, I end up overeating later in the day. yes, it fills me up, but over time, this could result in extra weight.

for me breakfast is an important meal of the day…
What’s breakfast for you?

Yum.Yum.Yum

Most people are craving for pizza and I’m one of them now. I am not really fond of pizza and ever since my mom took me to a pizza (restaurant) I am starting to admire the taste and that’s the time I’m surfing yahoo for pizza. Actually I want to cook and bake. I really want to cook or bake!!. The problem is… I don’t have enough materials to use and I’m hoping dad will buy some useful utensils for cooking and baking(please pray for me).

Anyway, I found it in this  link http://shine.yahoo.com

Ingredients//

>4 ounces plain or peppered bacon, finely chopped
>1/2 cup chopped green onion (2)
>1 12-inch prebaked pizza crust
>1 8-ounce tub cream cheese spread
>2 eggs
>1 cup cubed cooked ham
>1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounce)

This is how it is done//

  1. In a 10-inch skillet cook bacon over medium-low heat until crisp. Using a slotted spoon, remove bacon from skillet and drain on paper towels. Drain skillet, reserving about 1 tablespoon drippings in skillet. Add sweet pepper and green onion to reserved drippings; cook until tender. Drain and set aside.
  2. Preheat oven to 400F. Place pizza crust on a large baking sheet; set aside. In a small bowl beat cream cheese spread with an electric mixer just until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating until combined. Spread cream cheese mixture over pizza crust. Sprinkle with bacon, sweet pepper, and green onion. Top with ham.
  3. Bake, uncovered, in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes or until cream cheese layer is set. Sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake for 3 to 4 minutes more or until cheese melts. To serve, use a pizza cutter to cut into wedges. Makes 6 to 8 servings.
  4. *Note: If desired, use an herb-flavored cream cheese spread.
  5. Tip: For quicker preparation, used cooked bacon pieces and cook sweet pepper and green onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  6. Shrimp Breakfast Pizza: Prepare as above, except omit bacon. Substitute red sweet pepper for green sweet pepper. Cook sweet pepper and green onion in 1 tablespoon olive oil. Substitute 1 cup coarsely chopped cooked shrimp, or two 4-ounce cans small shrimp, drained, for the ham. Substitute shredded Mexican-blend cheese for the cheddar cheese. (Or if desired, substitute one 6-ounce can crab meat, drained, flaked, and cartilage removed, for the shrimp.)
  7. Mushroom-Artichoke Breakfast Pizza: Prepare as above, except omit bacon, sweet pepper, and green onion. In a 10-inch skillet cook and stir 2 cups fresh mushrooms, sliced, in 1 tablespoon olive oil over medium-high heat until golden. Substitute cooked mushrooms for the ham and add 1/2 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained and coarsely chopped, and 1/2 cup slivered roasted red sweet pepper. Substitute shredded Italian-blend cheese for the cheddar cheese.

Someday I’m going to make a pizza that can catch each attention 🙂
